I’m Rebecca, the multi-passionate human behind this creative studio. Before retraining as a web designer, I co-ran a small made-to-order clothing business.
I vividly remember how overwhelming it felt to set up an ecommerce store: choosing a platform, integrating our branding and figuring out back-end bits like shipping profiles and inventory… all while designing and making the clothes.

For small, design-focused product businesses, Squarespace is usually the best choice. It’s intuitive, affordable, and much easier to learn than Shopify, especially if you’ve never built an e-commerce site before. The backend is simple to manage, so you can focus on your products instead of wrestling with tech.
Shopify is powerful and highly customisable, making it better suited for businesses with large catalogues, complex inventory, or advanced features. But it has a steeper learning curve, can be expensive and may feel overwhelming if you’re just starting out.
I’m trained in both platforms and recommend Squarespace for small makers, artisans, and creative brands who want a beautiful, easy-to-manage site that grows with their business.

To sell products, you’ll need at least a Squarespace Business plan. You’ll also need a domain name (if you haven’t already purchased one).
You may also want to invest in legal policies, as Terms & Conditions and a Privacy Policy, to meet legal requirements in your home country.
Once your shop is up and running, sales pay attract payment gateway fees and/or foreign currency transfer fees.
I also offer extra services to further support your project, such as additional pages, mini-branding or extra product uploads. These fall outside the scope of the one-week build and can be added on as needed.

Yes, basic SEO best practices are included as part of your website build. This covers optimising your page titles and headings, uploading meta titles and descriptions, adding alt text to images, compressing image files for faster loading, keeping page weights light and ensuring clean URL structures.
If you’d like more comprehensive SEO support — such as keyword research, content strategy or ongoing optimisation — I can connect you SEO experts who specialise in creative businesses.

As part of our partnership, you will provide me with professional branding and high-quality images, as well as write all of the words (with help from my detailed Content Planner).
To keep the process calm, collaborative, and efficient — and avoid any unexpected delays or costs — you’ll need to submit all content (branding assets, images and copy) one week before the build.
Likewise, you’ll be given clear timeframes to provide feedback, ensuring your website launches smoothly and meets your expectations. Structure and preparation are key to creating your dream website without stress.

For imagery, I recommend hiring a professional photographer for best results. Because I work with only one client at a time, timely submission of your content helps keep the process smooth, stress-free and efficient for both of us — and ensures I can give each client my full attention.
If your content isn’t ready one week before the project as agreed, we’ll need to reschedule to my next availability, and a rescheduling fee will apply. Planning ahead helps us maintain a calm, stress-free experience and ensures your website launch goes as smoothly as possible.

As part of your package, you’ll receive a 60-minute strategy call, two 30-minute check-ins (or Voxer chats), and a focused 4-hour review window once your site is built.
Beyond these 1:1 touchpoints, most feedback happens asynchronously (not at the same time) via email or Voxer voice messages. This system protects both our boundaries while giving you a clear supported, and low-stress experience.
We’ll use my dedicated client portal for all communication, task tracking, progress reporting and deadline management. Don’t worry if you feel you are not tech-savvy: my Welcome Kit guides you through how to use the client portal.

Projects are split into two payments: a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, and the remaining 50% due one week before the build week.

I recommend allowing at least four weeks between booking and your project start. This gives you time to gather your foundational elements — branding, images and copy — and ensures I can dedicate my full attention to your website.
Please note that web design spaces are limited, as I take only 1–2 projects per month.
