In just one week, we will create a captivating, easy-to-manage Squarespace e-commerce website that not only reflects your brand but works hard for your business. No tech confusion, no endless tweaking — just an online store designed with care and attention that helps you showcase your unique objects, get discovered and sell effortlessly.
From Chaos to Clarity:
One week to a website you’re proud of
As a small product-based business, chances are you have a lot of plates spinning all at once – crafting your products, sourcing packaging, handling customer service & social media… The mere idea of building an online store feels just like another herculean task on your mile-long to-do list.
Maybe you feel intimdated by all those tedious tech bits. Or you can’t quite wrap your head around how to align your brand’s aesthetic with the functional needs of a website. You are hesitant to invest in a fully custom website because the drawn-out timelines and higher price point just don’t quite fit your energy and where your business is at right now.
Let me take you to a different place. Imagine you're in your studio, crafting your latest creation. Your phone chimes softly - another sale from your online store. You feel calm, confident and proud, knowing your digital space is working its magic while you immerse yourself in what you love most - your craft.
This is the quiet power of the one-week e-commerce website – and online home that captures the essence of your work, fostering connection with your dream customers and driving sales.
More Time to Focus on Your Craft
Leave the confusing tech labyrinth behind and give your frazzled mind a well-deserved break trying to DIY a generic template to fit your brand. Starting from my in-house base design, everything will be set up for you and tailored in a way so that our websites feels like a natural extension of your craft and business. And the best part? It’s all done for you in just one week.
Clarity and Peace of Mind
From the first consultation to the final launch, I’m with you every step of the way, walking you through a gentle and thoughtfully structured process as we build your online store. With helpful support guides and checklists, you will always know what to do next, reducing stress and keeping overwhelm at bay.
Confidence and Pride in Your Online Presence
You’ll walk away with a polished, fully-functional e-commerce website that truly represents your brand, is easy to maintain and can be adapted to your changing business needs. Your customers will love purchasing from it, and you will feel proud showing it off.

Meet your Design Partner
I’m Rebecca, the human behind this creative studio. I’m an introverted, multi-passioned creative with a love for vintage clothing, decorative arts, books and Old Master portrait paintings.
Before I became a web designer, I co-ran a small made-to-order clothing business. I remember vividly how overwhelming it felt to set up an e-commerce store – navigating which platform to use, how to integrate our branding, figuring out the back-end bits like shipping profiles, inventory…all while handling many other parts of the business. But I also remember the thrill of seeing that finished website, the sense of accomplishment it gave me and what a well-designed, goal-aligned website can potentially do for your business.
As a web designer, I am using this know-how to help connect the workshops, ateliers and studios of artisans and makers like you with the digital space. My approach is simple, thoughtful, and tailored specifically for small product-based businesses that want to experience the ease of managing a website that feels as intentional as their creations and the joy of showcasing their products in an online space that is ready to captivate their audience and boost sales.

In order to build your dream online store, I will need the following from you:
01/
Branding
To truly tailor the base design to your unique business, you will need to provide me with your full branding guidelines. Branding means more than just a logo – it's a complete visual identity that includes your color palette, typography, and any other brand elements that reflect your craft's essence. If you haven't yet invested in professional branding, I am happy to connect you with recommended creatives, or we can explore adding a thoughtful mini-branding package to your project (priced separately).
02/
Professional Images
High-quality imagery is crucial for creating an elevated, professional, converting website – especially for your shop pages where product photography can make or break a sale. I strongly recommend working with a professional photographer to capture your products, process, and creative space. If needed, we can also incorporate carefully
03/
Copywriting
You'll receive my comprehensive Content Creation Guide that walks you through writing content for each page of your website. This structured approach ensures your words fit perfectly within the design while effectively telling your story. The guide includes word-count guidelines and helpful prompts to make the writing process easier. If you prefer professional support with your copywriting, I would be happy to connect you with experienced writers.

This journey begins with connection. If you value gentle, thoughtful communication and appreciate a structured yet serene approach to creating your digital space, we'll likely make a wonderful team. I believe in providing clear guidance while honoring your creative rhythm – ensuring you have the space to gather your thoughts, assets, and feedback in a way that feels good.
02/ Book a Discovery Chat
When you're ready to explore working together, simply fill out client application. We'll then connect for a relaxed conversation via Voxer (or Zoom if you prefer) to discuss your vision and answer any questions you may have. There are pros and cons for both platforms and it will heavily depend on your e-commerce needs.
The functionalities your site requires as well as your future plans have an influence on what platform is ultimately the best fit.
Here is a very basic break-down:
Squarespace:
great for design-forward businesses and/or brands that have a small product line-up and/or offer mainly custom pieces
simpler and easier to maintain
more affordable
limited shipping, tax, and payment gateways
no advanced features
Shopify:
great for businesses with an extensive product catalogue and more complex e-commerce needs
more robust and scalable
advanced features and plugins
more complex and time-consuming to maintain
costly
not ideal if you have additional needs like blogging or offer services as well
Please get in touch if you are interested in working in Shopify. I am working on offering my one-week service on that platform as well in the future.

The one-week e-commerce website service require that you have professional branding (not just a logo) & high-quality photography already in place before we start on your project.
This foundation is crucial for the web design process and to connect with the right customers.
Ideally, you also have professional copy (the words for your website), however, I will provide an in-depth guide to help you write your own words if you choose to do so.
If you haven’t invested in professional branding yet, I am happy to connect you with a creative that can assist you.
Alternatively, we may add a mini-branding to your project (quoted extra) that will set you up with a simply word mark logo, colour palette and font selection.
-
Payments are split into two parts:
A 50% non-refundable deposit when booking to secure your spot in my calendar, and the 50% remainder on the Monday one week before the scheduled build week.
-
Every project is collaborative and will depend on the timely submission of your pre-work and feedback in order to keep the set timeline.
You will be responsible to submit all your website content (branding assets, imagery, copy) one week before the scheduled project week.
Your timely feedback on all key deliverables and tasks will also ensure that your dream website will launch smoothly and without stress.
For more information what your need to bring to the project, read here.
-
If your content is not ready one week prior to the project start date, your project will be pushed back to my next availability and you will be charged a rescheduling fee.
In planning out projects, I aim to give you ample time to work on your website content before we get started. Please be mindful of the prep-work required from you and your other commitments when booking a project with me, so the experience can be as easeful and enjoyable as possible for both of us.
-
Additional fees may include:
Squarespace subscription
domain
legal policies such as Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy
payment gateway fees
any work that is outside the scope of the one-week e-commerce website (e.g. additional pages, mini-branding, additional product entry, etc.)

We will be using a customised client portal as the one source of truth for communication, feedback and task progress overview during your project. You will also receive email reminders for all important deadlines.
Don’t worry if you feel you are not tech savvy: I will provide a welcome kit that guides you through using the client portal.
Please note that beyond the initial discovery call, our collaboration will mainly unfold through voice messages via Voxer. My process is deliberately designed so both our boundaries are protected and respected, ensuring you have a clear, supported journey through the project without draining your time or energy.
And again, don’t worry, I will walk you through how it works in my Welcome Kit.
